Finally got a chance to try out the new Cattleman's restaurant located behind Cracker Barrel.
Overall was a decent experience. For a steak joint I would rate it about average. Wish they would have peanuts on the tables and give more bread rolls. As far as compared to other "chain style" steakhouses, it's not quite on par with a Texas Roadhouse or Outback. Just slightly below Logan's. For Mt. Sterling, probably the best place to get a decent steak, definitely better than Applebee's for price and quality.
I had a little bit of wait getting in, probably due to newness of the place, it was pretty full. Drove by Applebee's afterwards and their parking lot was almost completely empty. Will be interesting to see how Applebee's handles the competition.
