Just received an email containing some sample pics of an ipod device showing some potentially incrementating text messages. I will post some samples after I edit some parts of the pictures (delete names, numbers, personal info). I am hesitant to post all the pictures I have received, I will only post some of the lighter information so as not to harm any ongoing investigations only as proof that they do indeed exist.
The information I received indicated the actual ipod device may be in the hands of auditors in Frankfort. I can only confirm for certain the auditors have photos of "large quantity" of "incremenating" messages.

It's about time some of the text messages can be posted so taxpayers know what kind of employees they tax dollars are paying for.

OK.... I need to wait on some legal determination before posting. I believe the pics I was going to post were legal to do so under the Sunshine Law but I need to get further clarification. I also don't want to disrupt ongoing investigations. Check back in next few days for update. I will have someone post something in topix once I get a ruling on posting of the pics. Just so there is some proof, I have attached an edited text picture that shows misconduct, clearly covered by the Sunshine law.  edit for clarification: there are no mentions of the persons involved in the text exchange, also deleted the phone number. Any conclusions you draw as to the individuals is your own. the blacked out text concerning the 50 dollars was not anything related to sex. It was for some non-important items, but I can see where there might be some confusion. I blacked out the items because it may hint at one of the persons identity. |

LOL! OK, first, let me say, for legal reasons, I never posted any mention of the persons names involved in the text exchange, also deleted the phone numbers. Any conclusions you draw as to the individuals is your own.  second, on review of the blackouts, I can see it was a little misleading. Let me just say the blacked out text concerning the 50 dollars was not anything related to sex. It was for some non-important items, but I can see where the confusion might be.  I blacked out the items because it may hint at one of the persons identity. Had the blacked out information been related to sex, I probably would not have posted this text at all due to the extreme incremenating nature. |

I received a text message that had some text messages between Josh Powell and Kristi Carter where Powell said, in his own words, "since I went for the throat" as his description of how he confronted a woman who works in the school system.
This doesn't match up with the "culture and civility" he wants to have.
If you received that message, the public needs to see it. Thank you for providing a place where Powell or his henchmen or henchwoman are unable to get the truth deleted like they do on Topix.

Thank you for the clarification. Yes, I misunderstood the context of their conversation. Keep posting what you are allowed to legally do so to keep the public informed. Your work does not go unnoticed nor unappreciated. Thank you!

They are deleting anything posted lately....I think we may have an answer very soon on the investigation!!

It is possible that I have the message, but I have not completely reviewed all the texts yet. A lot of the texts I was able to quickly download were of no real interest. I received an anonymous email with a link and password to a website, also some description of the contents. I was limited on time for access to the site. I seen the email very late so I wasn't able to download all the content before it expired. All I can say is that there were possibly thousands of pictures/texts and probably 15 or so persons sending and receiving the texts. Some had names associated with the texts, some had only phone numbers (like the one in this thread). I downloaded several, maybe 75 of the pics, reviewed them, went back to download more and was too late. I don't know the owners associated with the phone numbers, only a couple that were told in the email. It may be best just to let the auditors do their work for now and get a speedy ending to this mess. We'll see what the lawyers have to say about the texts I sent them. |

just a quick update on the situation of the texts I received.....
was legally advised to not post additional due to ongoing investigation. Legally, I could probably post them, but there was some very damaging texts (i.e. possibly criminal activity). I'm gonna let the court's handle it.

Letting the courts handle it?? Do you mean from the EPSB, educational professional standards board, perspective? I read in the paper a few weeks ago they were scheduled to meet at the end of September or mid October.

Can anyone post the EPO? I know numerous individuals that have a copy, but seeing there are so many doubters oblivious to the EPO, they should have the opportunity to view it.

It is posted three subjects below this one, under the Montgomery county schools subjects. I don't think there are many doubters, the Advocate ran the story back in January, and an update in August regarding the Education Professional Standards Board investigation of it. What is going on is there are school employees who work for Powell trying to lie the EPO away. That won't happen. If you haven't signed up with this website, you will need to do so in order to read the EPO. |
