Just got a huge e-mail file! (Public records) Document showing complete salary list, every employee, Montgomery County School system.

Some central office employees are making more than teachers that have dedicated their lives to teaching!! What's wrong with this picture?

I'm still looking through it, I'll try to post some sticky points that I see.

I will say though, just because office worker making more money than a teacher is not really a big deal to me, depends on the scale of the difference. You have to remember that most office workers work full time all year round, whereas, teachers work about 9 months. Not saying it's right or fair, just saying it depends on alot of factors.

It's a lot of info to look through.
