again...how brilliant...it will not stop people from having accidents at this location.....it does however create issues with people who are too dumb to know how to use it....THE CARS ALREADY IN THE ROUND ABOUT CIRCLE AND ON YOUR LEFT HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY...IF YOU CAN GET IN ...YOU'RE ON YOUR WAY....LOOK IT UP...
