who had the bright idea that thought having the left turn lights at north maysville and the bypass should turn immediately to FLASHING YELLOW, and therefore causing those trying to make a left turn to have to fight all the oncoming traffic...then right before it turns back to RED it has a momentary GREEN that might allow 1 and a 1/2 cars to pass...THIS IS DUMBER THAN SHIT....we need a solid GREEN LEFT TURN ARROW for a sufficient time ...then it needs to go to FLASHING YELLOW..BEFORE FINALLY TURNING BACK RED...DUH....WHAT A DAMN MESS
