i warned you people that once they enacted a minimum charge (i.e.) use one drop = $ 23.95 or 2000 gal = $23.95..that things would not be good..now they have put in new electronic meters in the middle of a billing cycle which allowed them to bill some of you for less than a full month and then charge you the full minimum charge $23.95 when your usage was only 1/2 in some cases of your normal month. now the extra days not billed will be on your next bill ensuring them the ability to charge you for going over your normal usage.
